Invisible War

The world has gone silent

There is fear in the eyes of many

As the war with the invisible has begun

But the ignorant still stands tall

Armed with their false pride

As the dust of war seems to settle by dusk

There is more to fear at every dawn

With more deaths and uncertainty, savages emerge

With fangs, claws and rabid minds

Walking up and down their confinements

But then again there is hope

As many sing their stories loud

Touching far and near

Pleading the ignorant to be aware,

That the invisible hunts them first
