​Section .1

Admission policies

​

1. Student entry to classes, workshop, gallery is at the discretion of the artist herself.

2. Applicants/parents/guardians are measured by their character and their ability to demonstrate their commitment to attend any classes or workshops. Mediocrity, narrow thinking, laziness and the lack of professionalism by students or parents will not be entertained. 

3. Once classes, workshop or gallery is booked and payment is made, there after no refund is possible. So be sure before making any payments and bookings

4. Any student above the age of 7 can join basic to advance classes or workshop. Any student above the age of 3 must be accompanied by any one parent or guardian for all sessions. Applies for both online and offline classes and workshops.

5. Make all payments at the time of admission. If materials need to be purchased by the studio make sure the material cost is also paid at the time of admission. 

6. All slots must be booked at the time of admission. Alteration of time, date and course is not applicable once booking is made

7. Submit entry form along with a recent passport size photo. Sign the entry form only once you read the complete FAQs. Demanding changes and bargains will not be entertained.

Section 2

Session, Slot & Fee Details

​​

1. Each session is of 1 hour.

2. Slots are from 4-5pm, 5-6pm & 6-7pm on all days.

3. Any in between slots like 4.30 - 5.30 etc will be charged double the fee per session.

4. Any special timings will be charged double the course fee.

5. If you want to attend only 1 session at a time the cost per hour is 1200 Rs. 

6. Group sessions - More than one student will be considered a group. Not more than 3 is allowed in a group.

7. Classes or workshop booked cannot be rescheduled nor can subjects be changed. 

8. Maximum of 2 hours per day booking is allowed per student..

9. Fee for international students are 20% more than the stated fees. Applies for all courses, special slots costs and hire.

10. Material cost not included. Inform studio at the time of admission if you want us to provide the materials. All payment to be made at time of admission  if you want the studio to purchase the materials.

11. Session time must be followed. Always be punctual. If you are early wait in the garden. If you are late time lost will not be compensated. 

12. No student is allowed to sit in other students sessions or workshop

13. School, college or other projects, home works etc will not be assisted in the studio and is not part of the course.

14. We do not provide help in building portfolios and those that approach us for the same will be reported to the concerned education centers.

15. We do not provide any certification for any of the courses. Moonware Creative Expressions is not an institution its just the brand name of the artist.

16. Fee Payment accepted in form of cash and online bank transfer only.

17. If  payments are made online then a screenshot of the transfer made, sms intimation or any other form of notification stating the transfer must be sent to the studio contact number. (accepted as valid evidence of payment and slot booking)

18. Minimum Artist Professional fee(course fee) is 2700INR for minimum 1 hour and a maximum of 4 hours. 

19. Reducing sessions will not reduce course fee as the payment is toward the artist experience in her field not for the number of hours or sessions. Inquire and understand before you join.

20. All fees and duration are subject to change without prior notifications every year in the month of April. Check website for updates or call the artist.

Section. 3

Cancellation & Refund Policies

 

1. Fees are non-refundable as the payment is made toward the assessment, guidance consulting and artist experience in her field rather than for sessions. Enquire and understand before you join.

2. Material cost will not be refunded if the materials are already purchased by the Studio.

3. The right to issue refunds for any unforeseen circumstance is at the Artist's sole discretion. If she issue a refund, she is under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.

4. The Artist holds the right to discontinue classes for misbehavior from parents or students and unsatisfactory attendance, No refund will be provided.

Section 4

Safety & Care

​​

1. Children under the age of 7 must be accompanied by their parents/ guardians and be present for all sessions

2. Its the sole responsibility of the parents to make sure their children get to the studio and back home safe. Make sure you drop them off and pick them up from the studio doorsteps. 

3. Please specify if the student has any allergies as the studio will be working on various mediums

4. Any craft that requires sharp tools will not be given to children under the age of 15.

5. The studio will always be clean and ventilated 

6. Students in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry.

7. All students are requested not to attend sessions if they are unwell. The studio will send students back home if they are sick. We prefer to keep a healthy environment so be responsible and stay home if you are not well. Not more than 1 sick leave will be compensated only if the artist is available within in the course duration. Not applicable for online classes ( not applicable for discounted courses workshop that the artist is hired for)

Section .5

Leave Terms and Conditions

​

1. Leave taken by student will not be compensated (READ SECTION 2. Point 17)

2. If the Artist or Studio goes on leave, it will be compensated

3. Only 1 sick leave will be compensated with in the time duration of each course if the artist have time ( not applicable for discounted courses or online classes). Only available slots will be provided to compensate sick leave. If the Artist is busy the student has to bear the loss of the leave taken by them.

4. Rain holidays that are not issued by the Artist Residence or Studio, other vacations and religious holidays taken by the student will not be compensated 

5. No compensation or any kind of leave for already discounted classes

Section 6

Fee Discounts

​

We reserve the right to give discounts at our sole discretion. If we give discounts, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar discounts in the future.

Section 7

Online Classes & Consulting

1. One can avail online classes for all the subjects mentioned under classes and workshop.

2. Except for drawing classes all other classes will incur additional material cost of minimum 400Rs depending on the kind of classes. The artist have to use her materials that are quiet expensive to demonstrate online sessions. So apart from professional fees materials charges apply. Inquire and understand before you book and make payments.

3. Make sure the camera, materials to be used,  etc are set 5 minutes before session.

4. Only after payment will the session be considered as booked. Once the slot is booked no alteration of the same will be entertained.

Section 8

Working H0urs & Holidays

​

Working Hours : 

1. Sat - Thursday 10am-12pm and 4pm-7pm

​

Holidays : 

1. All Fridays. Open for online classes only

2. Oct 12th, Dec 31st, Jan 1st, January 26th and August 15th. ( Aug - Sep yearly holiday may vary slightly)

3. Any other holidays will be notified a week before Artist Residence/Studio closes.

4. We do not follow any calendar holidays,  government holiday or religious holidays and students absence will not be compensated.

IMP 

The studio will assume that you have read all the FAQ's before joining sessions, hiring, etc before making  any payments. Since submission of form online has been defaulted by many the studio has decided to take this the sole responsibility of the student, parents, hirer, event coordinator or any who approaches the studio.
