FAQ's hire / Policy/ Terms & Conditions

Section 1

Events/Workshops/institution tutor hiring policies?

​

  1. Hiring cost differs for all three. Depending on duration content and venue costing will be calculated

  2. Do not hire us on false pretext. Do not organize event under our brand name. We are a registered proprietorship and any deceit is taken seriously. Documents can be presented for clarification in person.

  3. No hidden cost or profit percentage is entertained. Both party agreement on profit percentage has to be discussed prior any hire.

  4. All session slots to be booked at the time of booking.

  5. Admission form of  Moonware Creatives to be filled and submitted with a passport size photo.(events &workshops)

  6. Full payment to be paid 24hours before date of workshop/event. Institutions can pay by post dated cheques dated not later than one day prior to the event..

  7. Demanding changes and bargains will not be entertained. Read and signed FAQs to be submitted on Hire

  8. Venue has to be hygienic and well maintained if not we are under no obligation to finish the sessions. No refund provided in such case.

  9. After clean up of the venue is up to the organizers

  10. Travel expenses, stay and convenience charges applicable

Section 2

Cancellation & Refund Policies

 

  1. Once paid, the cost is non-refundable.

  2. Material cost will not be refunded if the materials are already purchased by the studio. one may arrage to collect the materials from the studio

  3. We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.

  4. The studio holds the right to discontinue for misbehavior, , disrespectfulness by clients, parents, students institutions, event organizer & unsatisfactory attendance, No refund will be provided in any of these cases

  5. Refund allowed only if the studio goes on leave​ or does not attend the event

  6. Certain natural calamities that hinder the work may or may not receive refunds. Depending on the nature of the calamity both the studio and the client may calculate their losses and work the refunds.

  7. No bargain is entertained

Section 3

Discounts

​

We reserve the right to give discounts at our sole discretion. If we give discounts, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar discounts in the future.

IMP 

The studio will assume that you have read all the FAQ's before joining sessions, hiring, etc before making  any payments. Since submission of form online has been defaulted by many the studio has decided to take this the sole responsibility of the student, parents, hirer, event coordinator or any who approaches the studio.

Section 4

Policy regarding cost,travel & stay arrangements?

​

  1. Cost is computed on hourly bases. Will range from 2500 INR  to a minimum of 1500 INR per hour depending on the kind of work, duration and venue. 

  2. Consultation fees applicable if the event organisers are not well versed in the subject. Suggestions and consulation on the subject, materials, purchases etc will be charged according to requirment. Consultation fees starts at 5000 per event. To be paid before arriving at the studio for consultation. Any start ups can approach for consultation at a fixed cost.

  3. All payments for any prior preparations to be paid minimum a week before date of event, travel or material purchases.

  4. Transportation cost is not included in the per hour rate. depending on the distance and mode of transport the cost will be decided upon. 

  5. Booking charges are 1400 INR for each day to be paid 7 days prior the date of event (non refundable)

  6. Any venue that takes more than 2 hours to commute will have to arrange transportation, food & accommodation close the the venue. 

  7. The accommodation will be not less than a 3 star arrangement. Details of the place of stay must be approved by the studio prior bookings.

  8. Any flight landing destination after 5 pm allowed only if airport pick up is provided. consult the studio for approval before booking.

  9. Any odd time traveling not accepted.

  10. Any remote destination not accepted.

  11. It is advisable that the clients purchases their own materials required for the event or workshops. If we have to buy the materials the cost will be calculated according to material cost, convenience charges, courier charges, transportation charges and hourly charges for the time used.

  12. Material cost are non refundable. but the clients can collect the materials from the studio after making an appointment.

  13. We reserve the right to give discounts at our sole discretion. If we give discounts, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar discounts in the future.

  14. All payment to be credited to the bank account.

Section 5

Other Terms and Conditons 

 

  1. Group sessions - More than one student will be considered a group. Not more than 3 is allowed in a group at the studio.

  2. Not more than 15 is allowed in a workshop group for age between 8 -15 outside the studio

  3. Costing will consider the number of attendees. Maximum of 15 -20% off can be expected from normal charges.

  4. Demonstration workshops and observation sessions can go all the way to 5 hours with 4 hours of demo and 1 hour of questionnaire.

  5. Not more than 2 hours of workshop will be conducted in one day

  6. Not allowed to record and sell my sessions without permission

  7. My study and and research are the sole property of Moonware Creative Expressions. Copying content and original are not permitted.

  8. Using content from this website to publish events in our name without permission in not allowed
