EXHIBITION COSTING- BOOKING, DOCUMENTATION FEE & COST PER ARTWORK
Cost is per artwork. The price depends on whether you want to display one work or like to book a full wall (for paintings) or a table top space for sculptures. Students of Moonware Creatives gets 5% discount on total cost of booking only. There is a 450 Rs booking charges +50Rs as documenting fee ( non refundable)Check artwork cost sheets and floor plans.
(a) The Exhibitor shall pay Moonware Studio Gallery by the dates set out in the payment schedule
(b) Full amount must be paid to confirm the booking space
5% of total cost of sale of any exhibit goes to the Organiser

Cancellation dates and Fees.
Non-refundable plus the appropriate cancellation fee shown below:
Cancellation with at least 1 months notice - 25% of total cost + Booking charges
Cancellation with at least 3 weeks notice - 50% of total cost + Booking charges
Cancellation with 1 week notice less than 75% of total cost + Booking charges
Cancellation on the 1 day before the exhibition date full cost non refundable

WHAT IS MY FEE USED FOR?
All proceeds from exhibition is used for exhibition-related expenses,this democratically enables our organization's projects to happen. 5% goes to charity
HOW MANY WORKS SHOULD I SUBMIT?
Artists can submit original works only. They may submit as many as they wish especially if they have a couple different bodies of work which they'd like our gallery to consider. While we have absolutely no minimum number required (other than one) nor do we give an advantage to those who submit more, Though it is helpful to have a few options to select from. Detail images should be emailed with the bio of the artist and medium used. Helps us understand your work better.
JURY AND CURATOR
At present TheeArt is an experimental art exhibition & seminar space. The artist Ms. Priya Jayanand decided to open Moonware Studio Gallery to passionate artists of any age or experience to exhibit their work without any judgements. This venture is to support all emerging artists by providing them gallery space to exhibit their art at affordable cost. It is also a space for artist to meet and discuss their art and also share their knowledge . At present there is no jury or curator per se.
SUBMISSION OF IMAGES
Moonware Studio Gallery accepts only digital images/files (original artwork only) for consideration. The Gallery will retain the submitted images of accepted artwork and reserves the right to use the images in social media publications and gallery publicity. Beyond such use, the artist retains full copyright of exhibited work..
Detail images should be emailed along with the bio of the artist. If there are any specifications on installations other than a D- rings hook. it must be stated. The studio do not permit alteration of its display walls or stands.
Artwork sizes and weights are maintained to ensure Moonware Studio Gallery can manage the installation, display and safety of the artworks in temporary exhibitions.
HOW DO I PRICE MY ARTWORK?
The pricing of your work is up to your own discretion . Please ensure you include the 5% commission fee for the total price of your artwork applicable on sale only.

AGREEMENT TO PARTICIPATE
Submitting the entry form indicates that you agree with the conditions of entry and exhibit as outlined in this prospectus, that you are reserving spots in Moonware Studio Gallery, that you will send the entry fee, and that you agree to make your work available and will ship/deliver it to the gallery should it be selected for exhibit.
DO NOT submit an entry form if you cannot follow through. Do not double-book your work, commit it to other conflicting exhibitions, or sell it without securing its availability for our exhibit, after submitting to this project.
DELIVERY AND RETURN OF WORK
All work accepted for the exhibition must arrive ready to install. Artworks not gallery-ready, or not exhibiting good craftsmanship, may be omitted from the exhibit. Accepted work that differs significantly from the entry images or suffers from poor presentation, will be disqualified. Work may be hand delivered. Accepted work will remain on display for the total duration of the exhibition. Works not claimed within 5 days of the end of the exhibition will become the property of Moonware Studio Gallery or discarded. The artist's are responsible to collect the work on the specified date, failed to do so the gallery will have the right to charge the artist 250Rs per day for storing the painting in the gallery. If the artist refuses to pay the work will be thrown away. We cannot go to the post office and drop the artwork for you, doing so will force us to close the gallery which is not good for the business. The artists are responsible for all shipping costs to and from the gallery.

INSURANCE
While the artwork will be treated with absolute care by our gallery, the artist's are advised to take their own commercial insurance to cover their work in transit (two-way), and during the exhibition period.
Your work will not be covered on our insurance. We do not accept any responsibility for damage to your artwork from accidental damage, damage while hanging or un-hanging the work. The artist need to be present during installation and removal.

SALE OF ARTWORK
Moonware Studio Gallery will retain a commission of 5% of the sale price on all artwork sold during the exhibition. .The studio do not promise any sale of the artwork.
ALTERATION OF EXHIBITION DATES BY THE MOONWARE STUDIO GALLERY
Moonware Studio Gallery reserves the right to alter the Exhibition Dates at any time provided that any alteration does not result in the Exhibition being moved by more than 3 months ahead
In the event of an alteration of the Exhibition Dates,Moonware Studio Gallery will notify the exhibitor's accordingly where by the exhibitor's can avail refund if unable to exhibit on the so changed dates.

CANCELLATION OF EXHIBITION
(a) If the Exhibition is abandoned, cancelled or suspended in whole or in part by reason of war, fire, national emergency, labour dispute, strike, lockout, civil disturbance, inevitable accident the non-availability of the Exhibition premises, or any other cause not within the control of the studio, Moonware Studio Gallery shall be under no obligation to repay the whole or part of the Booking Fee and shall be under no liability to the Exhibitor's in respect of any such abandonment, cancellation or suspension. In such event, Moonware Studio Gallery reserve the right to change the venue and date for the Exhibition
If Moonware Studio Gallery come to believe at any time up to 14 days before the exhibition that the holding of the Exhibition is unprofitable for the studio or not in the best interests, the Studio may cancel the exhibition. If the studio cancel the Exhibition under this sub clause Moonware Studio Gallery shall promptly notify the exhibitor's of cancellation and shall within a week refund the full amount to the exhibitor's.

Like said earlier this is an experimental space and paid media ( on any platform) media coverage is not included in the cost. The success of the exhibition largely depends on social media sharing by studio and the exhibitor
