FAQ's Purchase Of Collectibles / Policy/ Terms & Conditions

​How Do I Place An Order?

 

All you need to do is send an email or whats app message with details (product code) on what you want to purchase.

 

Payment and Shipping

 

Since Its a single ownership home studio and not a corporate, at the moment Payment is done through online banking or direct bank deposits. In the coming years we hope to make this easier.

 

Shipping is done door to door with the best reliable courier services. The cost varies depending on the weight, size and destination. The shipping cost can only be assessed once the order is placed. Shipping usually takes min 10 days and a maximum of one month depending on destination distance.

 

Any damages caused due to bad weather or natural calamity has to be born by both the buyer and seller

Refund / Cancellation Policy

 

Order can be cancelled at any time and the product cost will be refunded. But the buyer has to bear all bank transaction amount, delivery and courier charges once the order is dispatched. If the product is broken when received the product cost will be refunded once the product is send back and received by the seller.

Cutom Made Collectibles

Once the order is placed no cancellation is permitted. No amount will be refunded.

Privacy Policy

 

The product bought from the store should not be sold under any other brand name or reproduced for commercial purposes

​Quality Assurance / Durability

Every handmade piece is worked with great precision with good durable material. They are mostly worked on air dry clay painted with acrylic and sealed with a water proof top coat (like varnish) 

 

They are stoneware fragile so if you drop them it will break. All products are clay based and are not water proof even if water proofing is done it is advised not to submerger or leave the sculpture in contact with water for more that 1 mins.

Mend it Fairy ( conditions apply )

If you find a "mend it fairy" tag on your purchase box. You can claim it under the following circumstances-

​

  • Produce the "mend it fairy" tag along with the broken collectible and claim repair. 

  • Chipped a small part of the sculpture (excludes all flat panels)

  • Broke it into 2

  • Send photograph of the broken piece for approval before sending it across to the studio

  • Totally crushed pieces cannot be mended.

  • There is a fee to fix the broken piece which will be assessed, once the studio receives the image of the product.

  • The studio take no responsibility of shipping to and fro, the client must make all arrangements. Or just drop it by when ever you visit the studio.

  • There is a gaurentee on the clay for only 5 years. So mending it after 5 years may not be possible. But if the collectible is in good condition and we feel it is possible to mend it we will do our best to do so.

Custom Made Collectibles

Design must be approved before sculpting starts. 

All payments to be made while placing a custom made collectible. ( material cost, time assessed cost and product cost.)

Cost of each custom made product depends on the amount of material used and time spent. So the final cost may vary slightly from the quoted amount.
